It’s that time of year again. 🍂 Our 2026 Pumpkin Pie begins with a buttery, flaky pâte brisée—our French all-butter pastry—filled with our signature spiced pumpkin pie filling and finished with a delicate maple-vanilla whipped ganache.

A little note about this year’s pie: the photo shown is our 2025 Pumpkin Pie, and this year’s design will be different. We’re still putting the finishing touches on it and will update the photo as soon as the 2026 pie is finalized.
