Some of our items do contain nuts, and all are made in a kitchen where nuts are present. If you have a nut allergy, please check product names/descriptions carefully, but note we cannot guarantee items are completely free from cross-contamination.
Our breads — and many of our homemade spreads and sauces — are naturally vegan. You can even build yourself an epic vegan sandwich from our menu.

No, we do not offer custom cakes nor do we accept special requests beyond what we already have in production at the bakery.
However, we do offer a 2-tiered cake: 6” cake tiered on top of a 10” cake. Many guests are selecting this option for special occasions. Our tiered cakes serve up to 40 guests. More info
No, to pre-order a Trafiq Cake you must do so here on our online shop. We require 48hours notice.
No problem, we always have a selection of whole cakes available on a first come, first serve basis for walk-in customers only. Sorry no holds, and no exceptions!
No. We are flexible with the time, but not the date. Please honour the date you selected when you placed your order.
No. Please review your order details (pick up date, plaque message) before processing your payment.
You may cancel your order in writing via email no less than 72 hours from your pick up date. We will issue you a store credit. Full refunds are offered with one week’s notice. No exceptions.
We have partnered with Uber Eats for our cafe deliveries. We do not offer delivery for whole cakes.
No, we discovered many years ago that our place is best suited to conversation and disconnecting from our devices. Enhance your café experience.
