Salted Caramel

Layers of moist vanilla cake are paired with triple chocolate-caramel mousse, swirls of salted dulce de leche, and topped with salted caramel whipped cream. The sweet richness of caramel, subtle crunch of salt, and creamy combination of dark and milk chocolates create a perfectly balanced, indulgent dessert. Smooth, light, and full of flavor, this cake is a Trafiq favorite.

Available by the slice or as whole cakes in 6-inch (serves 8–12) and 10-inch (serves 18–24) sizes.
