Homage to Earl Grey

A Trafiq original — soft vanilla cake infused with fragrant Earl Grey tea is paired with creamy, flowery Earl Grey mousse and finished with a dark chocolate glaze and Earl Grey buttercream. The subtle citrus of bergamot and gentle black tea notes are balanced with white chocolate, creating a light yet indulgent cake with harmonious textures and delicate sweetness.

Available by the slice or as whole cakes in 6-inch (serves 8–12) and 10-inch (serves 18–24) sizes.
