Vanilla sponge cake layered with eggnog mousse delicately swirled with cranberry namelaka, finished with a silky cranberry cream for a balanced and sophisticated holiday profile.

Available by the slice or as whole cakes in 6-inch (serves 8–12) and 10-inch (serves 18–24) sizes.

NOTE: Contains a very small amount of alcohol flavouring the eggnog mousse (Rhum)
