This Austrian dessert is best enjoyed at holiday celebrations because of its red and gold palette.  The cookie-like soft crust, rich with ground hazelnuts and cinnamon, is layered with our house-made raspberry jam and finished with a beautifully themed hazelnut cookie top.  The season is upon us, Enjoy!
